Watch out
This should not be plan A for new documents. This service will have the biggest impact when used to fix your existing documents and carried out alongside a plan to make new documents that don’t need repairing. What we need from you
Electronic documents that you might publish on your website or send to customers. These are often PDFs. We can work directly from a PDF file, but we recommend sending us the original document, for example in Microsoft Word or InDesign format, if possible.
What you get
The repaired file as a PDF (and the repaired source file, if you sent us one), as well as a summary report of the document before and after our work.

How it works

- We send you an email containing a price to repair the document, an estimated schedule and a payment link.
- If you want to continue, confirm the order using the payment link in the email.
- We’ll repair the document, test it using real assistive technology, and send it back to you.
Trustworthy, human service
When we promise a careful, human touch, it means that we never rely on AI tools, and every decision is taken by a human. We primarily work with documents in English, Finnish and Swedish, and documents are primarily handled by a native or bilingual speaker of their language, to ensure that no nuance is overlooked.

Pricing
- Fixed prices per page
Depending on the complexity of each page, our price can vary. Something like a newsletter might be on the lower end, while complex documents with tables or forms might be on the higher end. Once we examine the document, we’ll provide a breakdown of the pages and how much work they are likely to need.

Sometimes, for example, when we are repairing a batch of similar documents, it makes more sense to charge per hour worked.

- Monthly subscription
